ABOUT US
We are an international organization of professionals dedicated to encouraging and promoting investments in the United States mainly through the EB 5 program, an American government program that seeks to promote employment in the United States, as well as investment with private developers contributing to the American economy. an incentive to be able to get international investors who want to settle in the United States and thus obtain their permanent residence in this country, both for themselves and their family.
This program is what is called a win-win (win win).

ABOUT THE EB5 PROGRAM
Congress created the EB-5 Program in 1990 to stimulate the US economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. It works by matching US companies looking to raise capital with foreign investors seeking a US visa, thus creating a system that benefits both parties.
Without a doubt, the EB5 Program created by the Government in 1990 and its subsequent modification in 1992 when the Regional Centers were created is the most successful and coveted program in the world.

MONTH 1-15
USCIS reviews the I-526 petition.
If the petition is accepted, the investor receives the card of “conditional” residence for 2 years while job creation is verified. The investment of US$800,000.-/ US$1,050,000.-continues as venture capital.
If the request is denied, the US$800,000.-/US$1,050.00.- will be returned to the investor.
YEARS 2-3
The approved investor and his immediate family, can live, work and travel anywhere in the US without restrictions with his conditional green card.
YEARS 3-4
90 days before the expiration of the conditional green card , the attorney files the I-829 petition to remove the conditions, based on the confirmation of job creation , through the project and regional center.
YEARS 4-5
The investor receives his permanent resident card after the approval of the I-829 petition.
YEAR 5
The venture capital investment will be returnedentirely investor.
